Akromold has proven designs for open nozzle, hydraulic valve gate and electric valve gate cold runners.

We can design and build cold runners from single nozzle up to 64 nozzles.  Depending on your requirements, cold runners can be built using split block construction or solid gun drilled construction.

All manifolds can be supplied with multi zone electric heating platens configured and wired to match your press specifications including quick disconnect electrical plugs.  Manifolds can be designed and built for single zone cooling or multi zone cooling.
